People might face problem with SNMP, suddenly got stop working.
If this is the case, make sure your NFS mount is working properly by seeing df -h or doing mount command in command line if you have any.
Because NFS mounting failure will result to failure with SNMP as well.

- Could be accessing different subnet from the machine
- If any firewall, disable the same
